Hiroshima Okonomiyaki

Okonomiyaki in Hiroshima, Japan is famous for its use of noodles in this traditional cabbage pancake. And apparently this restaurant is known for its heavy-handed use of mayo. So.Much.Mayo. This was so filling that even I could not finish it.
